Don't I though? I forgot to note the fact that that is my daughter, Myriah. But she looks just like me. People think we are sisters. They ask, "Which one is the oldest?"(Really big grin.)
This is the place where taree contains the inky results of the worlds perpetually spilling out of her head. It's not updated often, and in fact, is mostly a slightly neglected spot which she comes back to occassionally, in order to polish the nuggets she's mined during competions. That means that most are fairly rough drafts, dumped here to languish after the finish line had been crossed. They are still in training pants.
Most offerings you will find here have been assignments for contests offered by NYCMIDNIGHT, in which the writer is challenged to create a story within a specified time frame, using prompts delivered by NYC at the onset of the contest. These include a surprise subject, genre, location, and sometimes an object to be included in the story. There is a word limit and a time limit. At the end of each story, you will find the assignment each was written around within the time and word limit.
There are, however some other writing debated upon at greater length. An occasional poem or other story... I hope you enjoy them. God knows, I had no idea what they were about when I started them. Maybe you can figure them out. :) -t

Damn Topanga, you look pretty good for a woman of your age (39?) - what's your secret, oil of olay?
